Welcome to the Metro Atlanta Tri-Jurisdictional Collaborative on Homelessness Website!

The Tri-Jurisdictional Collaborative is a working partnership of government representatives, service providers within the City of Atlanta, Fulton County and DeKalb County. The collaborative had its genesis in local coordination of the 1994 McKinney Act funding competition for homeless grants. It has evolved into an ongoing collaborative body to address homelessness through planning, policy development, facilitation or partnerships, and resource allocation.
